The business on this website is Hawthorne Torrance Concrete, a concrete contractor at 21250 Hawthorne Blvd in Torrance, CA. Kenji Okamoto founded it in 2017 and holds its CSLB C-8 license with the California Contractors State License Board. No franchise or sales agency sits behind the domain. The person who reads the form measures the job and stands at the pour, and these terms cover every page here and every estimate that begins here.

Where the figure lives

On paper, at your property, and nowhere else. Every estimate is measured and written on site, after the old slab has been probed, because a driveway in West Torrance and a patio on the Riviera clay take different bases and no page here can know which is yours. The estimate is free and puts you under no obligation. Nothing on this website or said on a call is a quotation or an offer. A written estimate holds for 60 days from its date. After that the job is measured again.

What the form sets in motion

A reply within 1 business day, and your consent to it. By sending the form you agree that Hawthorne Torrance Concrete may call, text and email you at the phone number you gave, and at the email address if you filled that box, about the job you described and nothing else. That consent is not a condition of hiring us or of buying anything. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a text and the texts end. Every review is in the customer's own words, taken from the platform named beside it and left as written.

C-8, insured and guaranteed

CSLB C-8 is the concrete classification, held with the California Contractors State License Board and checkable by business name at cslb.ca.gov. The crew works under liability insurance on every job. Each job carries a written workmanship guarantee against defects in how it was built, printed on the estimate you sign. A crack inside a sawn joint is the joint working, not a defect, and neither is wear, staining or tree roots. To claim, call the number on the estimate.

Contract, permit and payment

The written estimate and the contract signed after it govern the work, not this website, which is offered as it is. Where a job needs a permit, from the City of Torrance Community Development Department or from Public Works at the curb, we file it. Nothing is paid through this website. The deposit sits within the cap California puts on home improvement work, and the balance is due after the walk-through. California law governs, and Los Angeles County hears a dispute.
